Every person with their own credentials to sign in, whether field, supervision or administration. Shared accounts are not allowed, because they make it impossible to know who ran each visit.
No. Stores, locations, visits, brands, checklists, photos and reports are unlimited. The number of users is the only factor that changes the price.
No. Digital visits and the VisitWebDock extension are included in the base price at no extra cost.
The subscription is annual. Monthly billing can be considered case by case for larger teams.
Yes. Visit Dock has a 7-day free trial with access to every feature and no credit card needed. Account creation and the initial workspace setup happen with us in a 30 minute session, so the trial starts with your own stores and brands already configured.
Yes. Users added mid-term are billed pro rata for the remaining subscription period.
Yes. The price is the same across the European Union, in euros, with the VAT rate of the customer country or reverse charge where applicable.
Access is suspended, but data is kept for a grace period so it can be exported. Nothing is deleted without notice.
There is no setup fee. Initial configuration of the workspace, brands and checklists is done together with us at no extra cost.
